Please include a description of the vehicle, persons involved, the animals and the location to better help our response team.

Park Safety RUles

General Rules: 

  1. Last vehicle is admitted into Drive-Thru at 4pm

  2. NO REFUNDS on Admission Tickets

  3. Failure to abide by the rules may result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from park grounds. No refunds will be given.

 Safety:

  1. No pets allowed in the Drive-Thru or Walkthrough

  2. Alcohol, Firearms, Drugs or Unruly behavior will not be tolerated

In the Drive-Thru Safari, everyone must remain FULLY INSIDE the vehicle with doors closed at all times. 

  • Hanging out of the windows or sunroof, riding in truck beds, opening doors, or getting out will result in immediate ejection from park. 

The speed limit is 5mph in ALL sections of the Drive-Thru Safari 

Stay on the main roads. Do not take any of the employee service roads. 

If you are stopping to feed animals, pull over to the right side of the road so other vehicles may pass you. 

Throw feed on the ground, do not feed out of your hand as the animals may mistake your fingers for food. 

You are welcome to go thru the drive-thru as many times as you’d like.

OUR ENCOUNTERS

  • Maximum speed is 5 mph.

  • Do not stop on cattle guards.

  • Never stick your hands or fingers into an animals mouth.

  • Only feed safari pellets to the animals. Other food could be dangerous.

  • Pull to the right side to allow buses and park staff to pass. Staff may be attending to an emergency.

  • Be aware the following animals are known to bite or peck: Zebras, Donkeys, Ostriches, Emus and Rheas.

  • No open doors, sunroofs, or people in the back of trucks allowed

  • Do not ever exit your vehicle.

Drive-Thru

  • Only feed designated animals with designated food.

  • Stay behind barriers and on the walking path.

  • No smoking or vaping inside the park
